Convention packets will be sent to delegates electronically
Delegate Fee: $5 (to defray convention costs)
No delegate’s right to fully participate or vote in any convention shall be
dependent on the payment of a delegate fee.
(Article VII, Section 4 of Iowa Democratic Party Constitution)
There will also be coffee and breakfast rolls available for “free will donation”.
