Bill Stowe – Drake Library

On Tuesday, March 14, Bill Stowe, the CEO of the Des Moines Water Works, will be speaking at Drake Library in Grinnell at 7 p.m. Stowe is at the center of efforts to promote cleaner public water in Iowa, and will talk about Republican Party efforts to dismantle the Des Moines Water Works and weaken protections in the state for safe drinking water.
