The Heart of Iowa Democrats will discuss Republican-backed school vouchers, funding decisions, and their impact on students and communities across our state. Guests are Thom Hartmann, a national radio host who has been following the national Republican move to privatize education and downgrade public schools, and Rob Sand, who has spoken out on the need for more accountability and oversight of spending in the Iowa education voucher program.
